How It All Works
x
Here is how the procedure works:
Press Statements
1. Customer either purchases service straight away or contacts Simple Statements for more information.
2. Simple Statements liaises with customer, either by telephone or e-mail,
to ascertain customer's precise requirements and to acquire the necessary information with which to proceed.
3. If customer has not already paid and wishes to proceed, payment is now made.
4. Simple Statements prepares
draft and reverts to customer within a maximum of 72 hours, although in practice the response will almost always be considerably
quicker.
5. Customer either approves draft or asks for amendments. Minor amendments can be agreed immediately,
more major changes will need further time.
6. When agreed press statement will be sent to 5 or 10 recipients, depending
on terms of contract.
7. Where a chase up service has been purchased, recipients will be contacted later the same day or the following day.
8. Courtesy
call made to customer once the process has been completed.
